Cpu cores stuck!!!

Cpu cores always stuck and the phone become a dual core instead of quad core, BTW iam using official kitkat rom so!! What's the solution? Samsung stupid system

2 cores completely stop, always shown the maximum frequency or shown as sleep

And the phone it self starts to heat up

How are you determining this?

If you're using trickster, go to the last screen, and toggle off mpdecision, hit the checkmark in the upper right, wait a few seconds, then toggle mpdecision back on, and click the check mark again. This should unstick your cores. Obviously you'd need to be rooted for this, though.
