For some reason, although I have "Start" lockscreen/ launcher and Nova launcher, every once in a while EACH DAY I have to set the default launcher whenever I press the home button!!! It's annoying as ever and I can't figure out how to stop it from happening!!!
I've tried selecting the default launcher- no difference; I tried Nova as default- still didn't help (Start wants their product to be default so it can launch apps from the lock screen). Any help would be GREAT!!!

Uh...delete trebuchet.apk from system/apps. Now you only have one launcher why would you want 2?

I actually have 3 if you include Start. I like how Nova has things setup, but I also like the "Start's" lock screen interface too.

@unxKnown Didn't mean to confuse you. Thanks for the tip though.

Start is my lockscreen, but it asks to be the default launcher so it can launch apps from the lockscreen. Nova launcher is installed because I like how I have almost complete control over the home screens.
