Hi my battery seems to be busted.

Its draining fast and here is a screenshot of a fully charged phone.

My battery wont even last 12hrs.

Can someone tell me if this is normal?

That seems really low unless you've been constantly using the screen with some really really intensive apps. But, in general that ain't normal. Can you scroll down and click battery usage so we get more info?

To be fair. This is a new phone but i wouldnt think this would be at this level of drain.

Try to check your app settings, email, fb-twitter, weather sync etc. Helped me a lot also stamina mode should increase battery life by a big margin

Definitively you should make a few hours trial without those apps working in background, also take a look into usage data - then you will sure if it is soft- or hard-ware problem.

I found that on my phone, Chrome Beta prevents it from entering Deep Sleep. As soon as I uninstalled this app, the phone could enter Deep Sleep and the unusually high battery drain was gone.
