Default [Q] Bootloop, stuck on Samsung logo and couln't access recovery mode

I recently installed TWRP recovery on my note
and when I installed ROM manager on my phone to backup my ROM to enter recovery mode
My note just stuck on Samsung logo
When I try to turn it off, it just return back to Samsung logo
download mode can be accessed but can't access recovery mode
What should I do?

What should I do?
1) Put the tab in download mode
2) Connect to computer and flash stock rom through Odin.
3) Root - - Install custom recovery.
