Question [Q] How to install Android on a Device of my own

I am planning on building a device that would convert my old TV to an Android device.
I would prefer to use all the compatible hardware however I don't know what are the hardware that are compatible.

Also, I want a tutorial as to how to go about installing android from scratch.

set your old TV just as a monitor.
And your Android device needs output like mini-HDMI... and so on.
With a mini-HDMI transfer to composite video connector, then you got it.
