Hello The ui system does not work properly. It happens to anyone else? I use cyanogenmod 11-201402221-NIGHTLY-p5510 and kernel 3.0.31-CM-g9b3f943.

I'm not experiencing this issue, do you use the JB Bootloader?

I've experienced the first screen on my tab the first time I tried the Easter egg on SlimKat. Never had a problem since... does the Easter egg persist to do this?

Swyped from my P3110 running SlimKat from the XDA Premium HD app!

It happened with all kitkat roms i have installed on my p5100 (omni , mokki, cm , sonic hd )
I think that tab 2 10.1 hardware is not good enough to run kitkat animation on this resolution or screen size

Note : it worked perfectly on my samsung s gti9000

Nope, you should not need to install the stock ROM if the current ROM is stable enough for you to download the updated recovery. Once you have it downloaded, update the recovery. Then maybe do a complete wipe/factory reset from the recovery, then reinstall CM 11 (or any other) fresh.
