Tried to root my LG G2 running 4.2.2. Not successful, so I did it manually. On step 5, which is remounting the system in read/write mode, I get the error message: operation not permitted. How can I get around this?

Here are the answers to the fur questions:

1. LG-GS980
2. SPR
3. LS980ZVA
4. lge/g2-spr_us/g2:4.2.2/JDQ39B/LS980ZVA.1389319048:user/release-keys

Many thanks.
