Hey so I was just wondering if the VS980 is still getting updates or did I miss something cause all of the other variants have been getting updates? It hasn't got an update since 4.9. I might have missed something but I was just curious! Thanks!

Never mind just saw the 5.2 update. They must have skipped 5.0

No GPS
Hi all,

Thanks for your great work. SlimKat is a very nice and fluid ROM. I like it very much. I've just installed this new 5.2 version on my LG G Pad 8.3 v500, and now, I have no working GPS...

Is it a known bug or do I have to submit a new one ?

Regards,

Endy

I've got build 5.2 running on a Verizon HTC One. The "GPS Status" app shows my latitude, longitude, and altitude. Maps app is fine too.

Thanks a lot for the information.

Taking a look at another thread in the LG GPad section, I've just found that I was not alone and that there were a GPS bug at least for the GPad. But the bug is now fix using another custom LINARO/SABERMOD SlimKat build generated by _infected.

Thanks again for your answer, and a great thank to the SlimKat team for there work!

Regards,

Endy
