Unhappy [Q] stuck in boot loop

HTC Evo 4g sprint is stuck in boot loop can someone please tell me step by step what to do to get it back working i had 2.3.5?????

Some more info might be helpful. Are you S-on or S-off? What ROM were you running? What Hboot version? Can you access the bootloader and/or recovery?

yes it says:

Looks like it hasn't even been rooted. Could be a few things going on. You can try and unlock the bootloader using HTC Dev, then install a custom recovery and flash a ROM and see if it works afterwards. Other than that, I don't have any suggestions, particularly since there is no RUU (ROM Update Utility) than you can run, especially since you're S-on.
