Get Titanium Backup and freeze or uninstall the unwanted apps.
Of course you need to be rooted first.

Ok well my next prob is I don't think my phone can be rooted I've done the kit kat 4.4.2 and from what I've read it can't be rooted if it can be rooted can some one give me some detail on how to do it

You will need to downgrade to mk2, root, install safestrap,
then you can go back to a rooted nc5 stock rom.
or just stay at mk2 rooted whichever is your preference.

I know it may seem like a lot but it isn't bad at all.
