I have my S5 setup properly in the UK but when I access the play store it shows a lot of the Samsung apps such as WatchOn, Group Play and NNL Fingerprint Passport as being incompatible with my device so I cannot update them.
What is causing this issue?
Thanks.

Is your firmware a UK one?, all apps you mentioned come pre-installed and can be updated from Samsung Apps not Play Store

try activating the flight mode then after a few seconds deactivate again and try updating all the apps...
