Default KitKat Os Implementation And Upgrade Option

I Wanted to know can i import a whole kitkat os to my currently stock rom?I mean all characteristics it has!And how can i create a server and give regular updates as the manufacturer provides!Please provide me full details.!

I mean not look like kitkat but performace wise it should be same as kitkat and other features it has!
