1. But i want to switch to another so can you tell me which is the MOST SMOOTH AND STABLE ROM for my device ?
2. Also what tweaks/scripts should i install to this ROM ?
3. Can i use GravityBox with CyanogenMod ?

If you haven't try it, there is the Paranoid Android by cr3pT that looks pretty good : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2674626

I don't have a P700, but a lot of P700 users in the comments are telling that the ROM is really smooth and might be faster than CM 11 (if you compare AnTuTu Benchmark results).

how about gravity box on these roms ?

No gravitybox is only for 4.1/4.2/4.3 versions of android

It's very smooth and I have nothing to complain,but it's android 4.1. If you want to use 4.4 rom,I think no rom is really smooth now
3. Yes,you can. Install Xpose,download/install Farmwork then install Gravity Box. Check gravity in "modules" (xpose) then start Gravity.

I think Pacman (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2704650) is the best rom at that time for L7
