Default Low available RAM?

Hello all, lately I've seen a significant decrease in my available RAM on my device... LG G2 rooted Jellybean. When running only one app I have around 300-512 mb of RAM available. When I first got the phone, there was usually a GB free or so usually. I recently changed all my home screen icons to custom icons, could this be the cause? I also recently flashed a stock from after a soft brick. Would either of these be the cause? It's hardly a noticeable difference most of the time, but when emulating a DS (especially games like Pokemon White) it definitely is. Any help is appreciated!

Edit: Attached a few pictures

Well you can always check for running apps, see what's stored in RAM. But even so, it shouldn't influence the phone's stability and speed. Try resetting to factory settings and try again.
