You mean immersive mode? I don't know why some games don't support it. Maybe because the developers didn't include it in their games?

i know and i feel you bro, but good thing with android is that we always have an alternative...
im now using an app called IMMERSIVE MODE, look it up, it gives you the option to trigger/enable IMMERSIVE MODE on any app

doesn't need to be rooted, im on stock KK .757

The fullscreen is supported on phones where they have a hard buttons, not soft buttons on screen, as the soft buttons are doing the the same like the hard once, then they cannot be hided. You have to tweak your phone to do that.
