Default [Q] Unroot and Return to Stock Procedure? MD4

Tomorrow I am upgrading and I am still rooted with custom rom and recovery. I am giving the phone to my brother who will activate it immediately.

Baseband MD4, currently running miui 4.2.2 after previously being on Carbon 4.4 Kitkat.

I hear Sprint isn't too concerned with the flash counts so I think I won't bother with those. What do I need to do to begin this process of returning back to stock?

Any help would be appreciated, I am eager to upgrade

I found this, but it looks like it might be a little outdated?

I also see here that Casper used Samsung GS3 Toolkit 7.0, but that seems extremely complicated and intimidating.

I'm pretty sure CNexus has an unrooted stock MK3 ROM in development (non-original) which would give him 4.3 without Knox. Without root he won't be able to keep from getting OTA notices or even automatic upgrade to 4.4, so maybe you should just Odin the stock ND8 (4.4.2) tar, but while some people have better signal on ND8, others had much better on MK3 (4.3).

Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy SIII with M.O.A.R. v9.0, dkp kernel dated 3/20/2014 and TWRP v2.7.0.0.

Thank you! I don't even know what Know is unfortunately.
I ended up using an old 4.1.1 tar from the androidcentral thread and it worked fine. I tried it anyway even though I wasn't sure it would work.
I'll let my brother update it and do what he wants from there lol.
