[Q] Rooting xperia sp

Firstly thank you @mrjraider,I wipe data and cache,it downgraded to 4.1(.257 rom)
I want to root 4.3,but it needs unlocked bootloader.
So i downgraded to 4.1(for backing up drm keys using cwm)
But now it wont root @DooMLoRD rooting kit (v16,v17,v18) says
"adb server is out of date"
How can i root 4.1?

Open taskmanager on pc CTRL+ALT+DEL and end all adb processes.. And retry

Thank you it worked.
Okay,i took backup using BackupTA,
Now if i unlock 4.3 root it.
If i wanted to relock my bootloader,will the root dissappear.
