Default brick..hard maybe

So here's the deal download mode just has the inital bar with the icons in the middle of the screen, factory reset just hangs and recovery is forever loading. Bootloop of course. My question is can this be fixed or do i need a new phone? oh yeah it wont show up on windows or mac os and i didn't bother loading linux because i thought it would be a waste of time.

Default What about this

If you turn your phone on, then does the LG screen show up and then it turns black after a while?

This happened to me after I took an OTA update from AT&T. It no longer booted and wouldn't show up in Windows or Linux. I ended up sending it to LG and they repaired it and sent back work u by again..
