[Q] No Wifi, no sound, pc dont recognize, how to return to stock?

The sammobile stuff are ODIN flashable official firmwares last time i checked that wipe your phone and reflash stock system. They aren't for recovery mode. As for the wifi, you need to flash kernel modules which depend on what ROM you're on. For sound you'll have to update the modem also. It might be easier to just ODIN MK2, root, and then Safestrap your way to any 4.4.2 or 4.3 ROM as long as you follow the instructions.
