Default Relocking Bootloader Xperia V

Hi all, sorry if this has been posted somewhere else on XDA. I used Fastboot with the code that sony sent me a while back to unlock my Bootloader. What I want to do now is to lock my Bootloader again to update to the new official rom. I would however love to flash a custom rom, but can't find a detailed enough step by step guide as to how. Also flashing custom kernals sounds risky, not sure if it is though, being the reason why I have not flashed anything beyond the Botloader. Help would be greatly appreciated.

You can use official 4.3 without relocking your bootloader.

Cool thanks. Yeah I know about Flashtool, but this is the wife's phone, so imagine me stuffing it up lol. Just had to make sure, thanks again in advance.

Pls verify, because I unlocked and relock my bootloader a couple of times and Sony didn't mention anything about that
