Can't Unlock Bootloader C6802

My information:
- Bootloader unlock allowed: Yes

I'm use the fastboot and flashtool, rooted or not, any firmware always get same problem....
I'm really want to unlock to try another rom. Pls help me.

UNLOCKING THE BOOTLOADER:

This may wipe your phone, so backup your stuff

• Go to Sony's dev site
• Request the unlock key and check your mail straight away. Email is quick these days.
• Open Flashtool on your computer (yes, the one you installed earlier)
• Click the "BLU" icon
• Follow the steps and enter your unlock key

Yes, i did step by step as you said... i can UB on xperia go but can't on my C6802.

    Sorry , that was all I knew to suggest. The only phone I recall being unable to be unlocked is one from Bell Canada.
