I have a 16GB Nexus 7 its stock 4.4.2, rooted and CWM recovery, after no using the table for a few days now when it turns on it bootloops forever, I get to see the lockscreen for a few minutes and then it reboots again.

Ive resintalled 4.4.2 using no wipe since i need my app data and the bootloops keeps going

Now i need a way to extract my app data this is what ive tried so far

1. CWM backup, it gets to the data backup part and reboots
2. Tried adb backup -apk -shared -all , while on recovery but all i get is a message "Now unlock your device and confirm the backup operation." and nothing is done

any other way i could try in order to get my app data from the nexus 7?

Solved like this:

1. adb shell
2. tar cvf /sdcard/0/data.tar /data/data
3. exit adb shell
4. adb pull /sdcard/0/data.tar

after this i did a factory reset and then restores all the data from the .tar
