Here is the latest .761 frimware ............. For the Z ultra

As all of us know that .761 uptade is yet to make the way to all the ZU units out there......But it's already released in some part's of asia and here is the chinese .761 ftf for our use.............

I read that the Chinese z1 update to 761 was just to fix an issue specific to the Chinese version of the rom. Meaning if running 757 from anywhere else you are ok and don't need to update as the issue only in the specific Chinese version of the firmware - wonder if same on ZU?
@LordManhattan - it's a firmware update for the ZU, from the internet

This is for XL39H (6802 model). And look it what I found it here
Is our jackie099 who made for us kernels with recovery and if you see he has that 761 rom from 2014.05.19 !

update:

So I flashed 761 ftf on 6802 and after
restart I saw a popup message: "sim card not found". The baseband was unknown also. To avoid that just flash this fix.
Everything working now.But do you need a rom with out google account/apps etc.? because you will not find them.
