Normally, after get root privilege, users shall use Root Explorer
1. to access all system files, like DB files;
2. to edit files, like BUILD.PROP, and so on;
3. to manage installed applications, like remove pre-installed apps.
Besides supporting the general features listed above, we made lots of simulations to possible operations to seek more scenes in file management via root explorer.
Here I would like to share you guys some questions we considered
1. How to locate folder as quick as possible?
2. How to build more efficient way to file operations?
To enhance the efficiency to reach folders/files which accessed in high frequency, we add portals in “common” tab of Directory manager. While working on a rooted device, Tomi File Manager enables you to access system and data with simple taps. This is the way we save your time to get target folder/file.
To enable a much easier way to file operations, Tomi File Manager builds its own text editor, besides current options to file management.
Supporting root explorer cannot be descripted in short words. We want to build Tomi File Manager more efficient, and help you to manage system files in more convenient and faster way. If you have any ideas to file management with root explorer, please do share us your suggestions here.
