I don't know why you've chosen this web browser but there is open source for other web browsers; Tint seems to have everything I want:

not for me Frank. Without quick controls (google Labs or pie control) is a webbrowser without this Option sinnless.

I agree. Why couldnt someone develop a browser with quick controls??? I just dont get it.
