I managed to interrupt the update by turning off my phone when I got noticed of auto update in 30mins. Turned back on, bought titanium pro and frooze att update. So I'm good for now.

Freeze: AT&T Software update app on your phones with Titanium and you'll be good. I'm still on 4.2.2 rooted lol.
