What is the best way to get the S5 features on the l720? Can the new sacs v4 note 3 rom be flashed to our device ?

No it cannot be flashed. And what exact features are you talking about?

Looking for a theme or room that includes some of the new s5 apps. I've read through some posts that have ported apps, but most are not listed under the sprint s4.

Would I be better sticking with installing apps I can on my current nae rom or I believe the sacs rom was updated to 4.3 for the s4
