Hi all,

I've tried to build CM11 and now I have the following problem: CWM (built together with CM11. Version 6.0.4.6) does not load: device's screen is black, recovery.log contains the following:

Quote:

can't open /dev/tty0: No such file or directory
framebuffer: fd 3 (240 x 320)
ioctl(): blank: Invalid argument
ioctl(): blank: Invalid argument

The CWM based recovery I previousely built with CM10.1 works perfectly. I know about recovery.fstab format changes, so I've converted the old one to version 2 for the new build.
Does anyone faced the similar problem?

Thanks

I have the exact same issue. Did you manage to solve it?

EDIT: solved it, I was using an old recovery.rc file which didn't have "export PATH /sbin:/system/bin".

Any progress on this? I can't get CWM recovery to function properly for a Tegra 3 device.

EDIT: My init.rc actually contains the line "export PATH /sbin:/system/bin"

This is my recovery.log

Code:
__bionic_open_tzdata: couldn't find any tzdata when looking for localtime!
__bionic_open_tzdata: couldn't find any tzdata when looking for GMT!
__bionic_open_tzdata: couldn't find any tzdata when looking for posixrules!

Found the error myself. The lines

Code:
service vold /sbin/minivold
    socket vold stream 0660 root mount
    ioprio be 2
were missing in my init.rc as I was basing it on the original one without checking the dependencies of CWM.
Now everything works and I also get screen output!
