Default [Q] Root? Please help

So i have a Sony Z1 4.4.2, c6903, 14.3.A.0.757, and i want to root it for the first time, i was reading a tutorial and it said

There are millions of tutorials here...
You have to downgrade to 534 firmware, root it and flash NUT ROM and stripped ftf (or any other stock based ROM)

Latest firmwares can't be rooted directly, that's wht you have to be on "current rooted" firmware

Edit : When i'm downgrading to 534, what should i choose? i got my Z1 in portugal, so should i use global?

Any FTF ending in 534 for your phone model will be ok
