Hey guys, i've been trying to install a custom rom on my desire x but it's not working well...
I am now a little bit familiar with fastboot and have the latest clockworkmod set as recovery.

The main problem is that i don't have enough space for my programs.
So i decided to try a custom rom. First time phone was just dead but now it's working again, but not like i want.

What works:
- flash new boot.img
- go into recovery
- do full wipe => Not working, always giving error "Cannot mount..."
- install .zip from sd card

I guess the full wipe problem has something to do with my previous attempts...
Now with no apps installed extra i've used 2.74GB of the 2.90GB, saying other: 2.38GB
=> Is this because of the full wipe error?

I tried to install mySENSEdx5 RC4.0.
For me, even stock rom is good, as long as i can use more space for apps.

Phone is unlocked

Thanks in advance,

Your mistake is that you used the wrong recovery for your hboot. Look here for more details.

You where right.
I tried in the beginning another recovery mod, but it was also a wrong one.
Works like a charm now.

Thanks for the quick reply.
