I have a zte warp n9510 ,I rooted it and then I bricked it.what do I do

- Device Firmware
- Does it have a custom recovery
- How far does the device go upon it booting.
- What did you do (Procedure on how you rooted it).

Take a look on the androidforums page search for Warp 4G or SuperR and look at all of his threads or thread post's

There is unbricking tools that saved me from a soft brick and hard brick. There are also is a custom recovery, Stock roms, stock recovery and a couple of custom roms. The unbrick tool will put the latest custom recovery on it "CWM touch" if you do not have one when you use it to unbrick the device.I soft bricked with an app and was stuck on the 4G screen in bootloop and it saved me. I also even messed up my aboot flashing a wrong file and it brought me back from that.
