I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini GT - 19195, I try different methods, and google this phone model with secret codes to access the UTMS screen, but none of them work.
I try *#0011#, it didn't work.
I try *#9090#, it only took me to USB debug, and DBG msg on or off options.
What other codes I should use to access the UTMS screen, then access to phone control, and network unlock? Any instructions you can give me?

You could try the app "service mode shurtcut"

most of the functions only work on stock

Thumbs up thanks
Finally it works.
After I enter the service mode, I hit [MENU] + [BACK]; then [MENU] + [KEY INPUT] + Q; then [MENU] + [KEY INPUT] + "0000", then I enter the service menu eventually.

Thanks guys!
