Make sure you hit menu - save, then select that APN. Do not put any other settings in or change anything else.

Thank you.. I had those ones in already. I have both the apn set of settings in. I think its something on their end. Every time I call they say they'll call back in 24 hrs and blame it on my phone lol but I was having this same issue on my galaxy note 3. So idk just waitin on a fix I guess.

This app helped me big time when going over seas. Sometimes there are many apn's for the same carrier. Usually one will be for MMS
