No, nothing official for Germany yet.
It's been almost 5 weeks since the update in USA was rolled out, but still no sign in Germany. The closest we got was an update for Spain, but I'm confident, it's only a matter of a view weeks or months until we get the update.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------EDITED 5pm CST
EDIT: so far through this thread we have learned a few things.

1. The cellular south flash on sam mobile site is the XAR flash which is the original 4.3 US

2. The new update for US is 4.4.2 comes in at 540MB
Build number: KOT49H.P600UEUCND2

Kernel Version: 3.4.39-1146904 Sat, Apr 12th 2014

3. New icons throughout the KitKat update:

New multiwindow,
new notifications drop down window,
smaller notification icons,
all white notification icons,
definately more responsive,
multiwindow tab is gone but hold down back arrow and it appears,
multiwindow allows for a 2 app paired icon creation for easy open

-----------------------------EDIT APRIL 25TH 345 AM
We now have reports of fixing the COO update by using Kies or by downloading the Sam Mobile Cellular South ND2 4.4.2.

Thanks everyone for contributing to this thread!
Notice that the clock widget has changed, as you can see. The font is now thinner, and the date is in condensed bold font.

I am from Romania and don't have yet KK update. They probably try to resolve some problems Spain and US versions of KK had before they make this update available for us too. And to be sincere, I definitely prefer this than to get something that is not working as it should. So hopefully all KK problems will be resolved soon so we can receive the update. Can't wait for it 'till then.

I updated to the KK software on my Note3. The update has ruined my phone. It is slow and frequently locks up as well as the screen going black and unresponsive for up to 10 minutes at times.

This has made me very skeptical about installing the latest KK update on my Note 10.1 2014. I just want someone's opinion on if the upgrade is worth the risk of losing an already flawless and fast OS on my tablet.

The Chromecast bug is the only real issue with this KK build. If you don't cast from your Note (or don't pull the notification shade while casting) it's all fine. (There's also the KK decision to lock down SD writes, but that's not Samsung's fault.)

Btw, you should factory reset the phone. There are battery issues with 4.4.2, but long freezes seem to indicate old data playing poorly with the new ROM.

Default update in Europe

Sorry if this question's been already asked: but anyone knows when we can expect update in Europe? or to be exact I mean Poland?
