You can try the driver attached. I got a feeling your emmc is broken as my DHD. If you use Linux you may try my fixdhd.pl. See refer [12] in the OP of this post

Thanks a lot, it worked ! My device is now recognized in COM260, I'm passing throught your thread to see what next now
