hey ,

Its installing the rom now i hope i can update to the latest version . i did exactly as you told me ,

it shoud not take any longer then 5 minutes to boot up right?

First boot can take more time. Twrp recovery was replaced with stock recovery when you have installed the rom

eventually when i reinstalled trwp and tried install again it booted up , now when i want to update he goes to twrp ...
and then when i try to install the zip the phone downloaded as 'update' failed to install. how can i fix this?
