[Q] One Dual Sim (802w) auto turn on-->Recovery!

hi, i have a really weird problem.
when i turn my phone off, and plug it in to charge, it automatically turns on and goes to recovery!

my phones current detail:

htc one dual sim
802w
china unicom
s-off
rooted
cwm
hboot 2.49
stock rom (4.4.2, sense 6)

I don't think it has anything to do with recovery itself, but if it does:
CWM recovery 6.0.4.8
