my original battery become faulty cause' of overcharging so i needed a new one and shops here are always out of stock.

You can buy them online too. Search on amazon, you will surely find something there. Just don't forget to compare the connector position and voltage reqd.

They look almost similar in size...so i think that should work. But again, it's just my assumption.
