In this guide you will find how to change your phone:
1)Model number or make
2)Android version

This Guide is specially meant for:
1)Newbies
2)Professional:cool:

Things you need:
1)Mind
2)HTC explorer:silly:
3)Root Browser http://url2it.com/lebpf

I am not Responsible For any thing happen to your phone.I have tested this on CM9 so it will also work on CM10,11..I havent Tried it on Stock ROM
See attachment first
1)First download and install Root browser.
2)Then go to system..
3)Then click Build.prop ..at end
4)When you will click it a window will pop out then click RB Text editor.
5)Then a note will appear in the note find "ro.build.version.release=" after equal you will be seeing your android version edit it to what you want." "are not included.
6)Now find "ro.product.model=" Edit it according to your need...eg my model was HTC Explorer Ae310 but i hav edited as HTC M8:laugh:..." " are not included.
7)Now hit the floppy button to save.Reboot go to setting its changed..enjoy

Hi, if i have sony xperia m and i change name to xperia z1 compact, i can install update to android lollipop 5.1 ?
