Default [Q] What exactly do you consider a clean flash?

Hi,
would you consider following the steps below as a "clean flash"?!

1. Boot into Recovery
2. Make a Nandroid backup
3. Wipe data/factory reset
4. Wipe cache partition
5. Wipe Dalvik Cache
6. Flash ROM
7. DO NOT REBOOT STAY IN RECOVERY
8. Select backup and restore
9. Select advanced restore
10. Select the Nandroid backup you made above
11. Select Restore data

I am having problems setting up an exchange account so I wanted to do a clean flash to see if it solves the problem!

Thanks!

DONATE TO ME
Uh.
4 and 5 are redundant after performing 3.

Restoring data from a nandroid within recovery is the same thing as not wiping anything in recovery before flashing. Also you should wipe system partition at some point before flashing ROM.
