i know this problem and it is easy to fix.
the problem: your recovery does not work fine, it does not wipe completely
you need to flash PhilZ Touch Recovery from: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2617901
after flashing reboot into recovery:
1. delete all userdata, wipe data/ factory reset
2. "..." wiping cache partition
3."..." wiping dalvik cache
4. and finally wipe to install a new custom rom
so... after that you only have to flash your "old" recovery of previously, then flash again the boot.img of your rom using fastboot (don`t forget erasing cache after flashing) or using venom flasher to flash the boot.img
reboot into recovery
last step: install the rom-zip from your sdcard or with adb sideload ....... and everything will work perfectly.
