Deleting that was definitely the wrong move.
But I'm sure you can flash stock and be back to normal.
However, I need to know what exact phone model you have. And we'll see if there's something in XDA. Or I can at least show you where to ask for help. 👍

Oh, and if you were on a ROM with gapps, just flash gapps again.
Another questions. What exactly did you delete? Google play what? Lol. Services, store,...etc...
Only deleted one thing?
And where are you trying to get it from and what was the error.
Not finding anything useful about your specific model....but may find a generic answer.
Did you try going into settings/apps/all and find your Google play store and clear data and cache?
And here is a thread with your same issue, marked solved. Read through it, see if it helps.
If it still doesn't work, its the perfect thread to ask for further help.
Good luck! 👍
Again...read the thread I posted. See if that works. If not, that's the best place to ask for further help.
I found nothing useful specifically for your device. So you'll have to hope that thread helps. Or fund a way to restore stock...which XDA doesn't seem to have anything about for your model.
