Default [Q] trouble overwriting wrong recovery

i was stupid and flashed an old recovery. it does not work with the tablet. i cant update roms or much of anything. all i get is errors. when i try to flash a new recovery i get a screen that gives me commands such as
update
flashall
flash
erase
format
getvar
boot
flash:raw boot
devices
continue
reboot
reboot-bootloader
help

then options.

i dont now how to execute any of those commands.
i would love to update the recovery to one that works and get to playing with the tablet again.

any questions feel free to ask. thank you

Sorry , how do I change the section it's in?

And yes deadbolt still works. I can get into an old version of cwm touch. But it can't read anything. I've downloaded all the proper files to put twrp on but can't seem to over write the old recovery
