[Q] Lag in general... Just a few Q's

I REALLY want to like this device... I have the P600 I got in on that WOOT! deal. I have the iPad Air, and I thought this would compliment it for work purposes...

I have a custom 4.4.2 custom ROM on it, but even on stock, it's just LAGGY. Orientation takes a good 2 seconds to register. It's just choppy, even using Nova.

You guys have any tips? Thanks in advance fellow geeks

Try the Apex launcher.

I Use Next Launcher have no problems with lag. orientation is instant.

I use it with stock touchwiz and it is still unrooted. I have no lag issues of any kind. I generally stream via netflix, my tv provider and using mx player on my home network. No issues of any kind. Browsing with firefox works like a charm.
