Default [Q] L7 e600 lag and closing apps

I have tried servial roms
and now im on http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2552148

I have lot of lag and problems with apps not responding and closing.
tried things to grab more memory but doenst work.

Are there tips the get more stable or a tip to use a other rom?

If you want to have a more stable custom Rom then stick with cm10/android 4.1.2 based Rom.

KitKat ROMs are not as fluid and as slick as jellybean ROM. Also, L7 and L5 are made for Jellybean not KitKat
