OK, so OP is on ME7. What did you try to flash, specifically what image? What showed up on the phone when the flash failed?
You should start with trying to flash the ME7 image from here.
Then, if that fails, post the full errors from ODIN and the phone.

The link for the ME7 image is not working... I can not find a working one. Do you know of a working link for the ME7 image?
