When I make a call on my Sony Z2 the call volume is shockingly bad, its very low and I struggle to hear at times, Tried standard call, viber and Line all the same, Popped sim in my old IPhone and volume is so much louder and clearer, any fix for this or am I stuck with a phone that doesn't do what it says

Same for me. It's one of the only things that I'm REALLY disappointed about with my Z2.

Same with me as well and Z2 being my first Sony device I feel as if they rolled out a beta version of handset to the public

No problems with call volume here. Both ends of the call loud and clear.

Have the same issue here. Came from a Z1c and the call quality is so much better on Z1c. I send sony a mail with my complaints and suggest you all do the same. Maybe they will do something about it if more people complains.

Ya, call volume is not that good, speaker phone too, it maybe hardware related.
