How can I set the silent mode without vibrating with the volume key?
If I hold down the volume key, it always goes to silent WITH vibrating only.
Thanks very much!

Do you mean it vibrates when someone is calling you? That setting is in the "sound" settings menu. It's just a checkbox that you have to uncheck.

No matter what I set there. If I hold the volume down key, it sets to vibration mode.

Oh. I'm not sure then. When I hold down the key it goes to silent mode. Try holding the power button till the menu comes up and clicking "silent" at the bottom.
