Lens blur is actually decent.you have to move the camera super slow and they come out great

How did you get it to work with the Note 3?

Google Play say it is NOT compatible - hence no download.
Galaxy Note 3 T-Mobile
Stock ROM - rooted
Official Jelly Bean 4.3

Ah, it need 4.4. I am still on 4.3 because there had been reported issues on 4.4, at least for the T-Mobile version.
