Im not familiar with LG but maybe you can use build prop editor in android sdk, restore your build prop and flash the stock firmware.

Sent from my LT25i using xda app-developers app

re-edit: I believe that the dll needs to be modified so that it accepts the device as a nexus 5 but once it's done flashing it needs to make the device and ls995 again, but for now it's 1am and I need to be up early later so I'll work on something later, also just some extra information on ther stuff: as for flashing the build prop if you can manage to make it into a flashable update.zip(which also places it in corresponding directory) which is also signed and you can sideload it should flash or just give an error, and another thing that could work with above method is flashing a corrupted kernel which will throw your phone into fastboot mode and with correct files and commands you can repartition the entire device to stock(this one is very dangerous/risky would not recommend it)

after a lot of trial and error over on my side I believe you will not be able to unbrick via flash tool(or at least the way I was trying) because your device thinks it's a nexus and here are the different things I notice in my test:
1)you can load any combination of dll and g2 tots(I managed to load pretty much every g2 model dll with tots with different combinations) and it will succeed in loading s/w(by the way the s/w is when loads the tot file for flashing) but I do not know if it'll flash successfully(if successful the device will think it's another model) or not(there may be another model check inside the tot and it can abort flash if there different)
2)you can modify an dll to think it's for another model(nexus>flex g2>flex) but a)the end result will be the model of original dll in other words back to nexus, b) different model dll cannot load a tot for another device because it does a bin check inside the tot and my theory is that in there it checks that the model and tot work together
3) you can edit a dll to ignore model check and identify itself as a different model(in other words a nexus dll will think it's for flex) but the flash tool does not acknowledge it as a dll and keeps giving errors (I've tried a lot of changes in the dll and can't get it to acknowledge it
(if I had more knowledge in coding I might have been of more help, I'm only beginning with this stuff)

I'm sorry I couldn't be of more assistance hopefully someone else may help you find a solution

Alright yall, I am almost official screwed. I purchased this phone about a month ago from Best Buy and they stated that I am out of there 15 day window so I cannot exchange or replace for the same phone. I then went to Sprint on whom I have phone insurance for and they stated that they cannot do anything and that I have to go to one of their Sprint repair stores. I went to one of the repair stores and the gentlemen that assisted me plugged my phone to his computer and immediately knew that my phone was rooted. So from there I played the dumb blonde card acting like I donít know what heís talking about and from there he directed me to call LG and see what they can do. So now the current status is I filed a repair request and now I am awaiting a reply from LG. Does anyone have any suggestion???
